Aleister Crowley

What do we know about one of the most evil people in our History? I did this research due to some questions on 8ch and could not get the posting to work, so here I am. This is critical to understand and pass along. We need to understand what and who we are dealing with and why they think the way they do. I believe this will also help us to prepare for the #HRCVIDEO.

In the broadest sense, Magick is any act designed to cause intentional change. This term is often spelled with a terminal “k” to differentiate it from other practices, such as “stage magic”. Magick is not capable of producing “miracles” or violating the physical laws of the universe (i.e. it cannot cause a solar eclipse), although “it is theoretically possible to cause in any object any change of which that object is capable by nature” (Book 4). Aleister Crowley saw magick as the essential method for a person to reach true understanding of the self and to act according to one’s True Will.

Crowley describes this process:
One must find out for oneself, and make sure beyond doubt, “who” one is, “what” one is, “why” one is…Being thus conscious of the proper course to pursue, the next thing is to understand the conditions necessary to following it out. After that, one must eliminate from oneself every element alien or hostile to success, and develop those parts of oneself which are specially needed to control the aforesaid conditions. (Book 4)
Crowley also provides us with some fundamental statements about the nature of magick (also from Book 4):
* “MAGICK is the Science and Art of causing Change to occur in conformity with Will.”
* “Every intentional (willed) act is a Magical Act.
* “Magick is the Science of understanding oneself and one’s conditions. It is the Art of applying that understanding in action.”

Thelema is the name of the philosophical school and religious matrix established in 1904 with the writing of Liber AL vel Legis (The Book of the Law) by Aleister Crowley (1875-1947) and stands on the central axiom, the Law of Thelema.

TheLaw is summed up in two phrases from the Book:
* “Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law” (AL I:40) and
* “Love is the law, love under will” (AL I:57).

Just as interpretation of Liber AL is a task left to the individual, so is the ethical system of Thelema a matter of personal choice. That being said, there are some common themes within the writings of Crowley and other Thelemic philosophers. Arguably the central Thelemic ethic is one of individual liberty and the personal freedom to fulfill one’s Will. Social restriction—such as laws that make illegal certain sex acts between consenting adults—is generally seen in a negative light by most Thelemites.

Thelema in the Bible

Thelema appears in the Holy Bible referring to divine will, human will, and even the will of the Devil. One well-known example is from “The Lord’s Prayer” in Matthew 6:10, “Your kingdom come. Your will (Θελημα) be done, On earth as it is in heaven.”

Some other quotes from the Bible are:

He went away again a second time and prayed, saying, “My Father, if this cannot pass away unless I drink it, Your will be done.” —Matthew 26:42

But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, even to those who believe in His name, who were born, not of blood nor of the will of the flesh nor of the will of man, but of God.” —John 1:12-13

And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect.” —Romans 12:2

Worthy are You, our Lord and our God, to receive glory and honor and power; for You created all things, and because of Your will they existed, and were created.” —Revelation 4:11

“…and they may come to their senses and escape from the snare of the devil, having been held captive by him to do his will.” —2 Timothy 2:26

The Adept will be free to concentrate his deepest self, that part of him which unconsciously orders his true Will, upon the realization of his Holy Guardian Angel. The absence of his bodily, mental and astral consciousness is indeed cardinal to success, for it is their usurpation of his attention which has made him deaf to his Soul, and his preoccupation with their affairs that has prevented him from perceiving that Soul.

The effect of the Ritual has been
1. to keep them so busy with their own work that they cease to distract him;
2. to separate them so completely that his soul is stripped of its sheaths;
3. to arouse in him an enthusiasm so intense as to intoxicate and anesthetize him, that he may not feel and resent the agony of this spiritual vivisection, just as bashful lovers get drunk on the wedding night, in order to brazen out the intensity of shame which so mysteriously coexists with their desire;
4. to concentrate the necessary spiritual forces from every element, and fling them simultaneously into the aspiration towards the Holy Guardian Angel; and
5. to attract the Angel by the vibration of the magical voice which invokes Him. The method of the Ritual is thus manifold.

Who practices Crowley’s Witchcraft – Magick?

Satanists, Luciferians,Witches and those who practice Crowley’s Magick believe the younger the child the more energy they can extract, especially when it is a male child. In spite of Satanists protest to the contrary Luciferian/Satanic worship involves perverted sex rituals, drinking of blood, animal and human sacrifice and the torture and murder of young children.

Aleister Crowley on Human Sacrifice

This is a chapter taken from the book “Magick in Theory and Practice” by Aleister Crowley.

This only contains excerpts of the document. I have not included it all.

It is necessary for us to consider carefully the problems connected with the bloody sacrifice, for this question is indeed traditionally important in Magick. Nigh all ancient Magick revolves around this matter. In particular all the Osirian religions — the rites of the Dying God — refer to this. The slaying of Osiris and Adonis; the mutilation of Attis; the cults of Mexico and Peru; the story of Hercules or Melcarth; the legends of Dionysus and of Mithra, are all connected with this one idea. In the Hebrew religion we find the same thing inculcated. The first ethical lesson in the Bible is that the only sacrifice pleasing to the Lord is the sacrifice of blood; Abel, who made this, finding favour with the Lord, while Cain, who offered cabbages, was rather naturally considered a cheap sport. The idea recurs again and again. We have the sacrifice of the Passover, following on the story of Abraham’s being commanded to sacrifice his firstborn son, with the idea of the substitution of animal for human life. The annual ceremony of the two goats carries out this in perpetuity. And we see again the domination of this idea in the romance of Esther, where Haman and Mordecai are the two goats or gods; and ultimately in the presentation of the rite of Purim in Palestine, where Jesus and Barabbas happened to be the Goats in that particular year of which we hear so much, without agreement on the date.

Why is Blood so important?

The blood is the life. This simple statement is explained by the Hindus by saying that the blood is the principal vehicle of vital Prana. There is some ground for the belief that there is a definite substance , not isolated as yet, whose presence makes all {93} the difference between live and dead matter.

Savagery acceptance

It would be unwise to condemn as irrational the practice of those savages who tear the heart and liver from an adversary, and devour them while yet warm. In any case it was the theory of {94} the ancient Magicians, that any living being is a storehouse of energy varying in quantity according to the size and health of the animal, and in quality according to its mental and moral character. At the death of the animal this energy is liberated suddenly.

Instead of Blood, the Catholic Church uses Incense – same purpose?

Those magicians who object to the use of blood have endeavored to replace it with incense. For such a purpose the incense of Abramelin may be burnt in large quantities. Dittany of Crete is also a valuable medium. Both these incenses are very catholic in their nature, and suitable for almost any materialization.

Why children?

For the highest spiritual working one must accordingly choose that victim which contains the greatest and purest force. A male child of perfect innocence and high intelligence is the most satisfactory and suitable victim.

Why human sacrifice?

But the bloody sacrifice, though more dangerous, is more efficacious; and for nearly all purposes human sacrifice is the best.
